REFUND POLICY
Diisar Corporation Return & Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Diisar Corporation through our online store or physical retail locations. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
All sales made in-store are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for in-store purchases.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Diisar Corporation accepts returns for items purchased exclusively through our online store for store credit only. Return requests must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving your order.

This policy applies strictly to online purchases. All in-store purchases remain final sale.

STORE CREDIT DETAILS
• Store credit is issued for the product value only. Shipping fees, discounts, promotional offers, taxes, and duties are excluded.
• Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.
• For domestic orders, a return shipping label may be provided for a fee of $35, which will be deducted from the issued store credit.
• For international orders, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
• Return requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email sales@diisar.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  4. Ship the item within five (5) days of receiving the RA number.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
• Returns sent without an RA number may be subject to a processing fee of up to 50% and may experience processing delays.
• Returns are processed within two (2) to four (4) business days after receipt.
• Approved store credit will be issued via email.
• Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with may result in a denied or voided return.

SIZING DISCLAIMER
All garments are listed in U.S. sizing based on designer specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart on each product page prior to purchase. Fit issues do not constitute a defect.

CANCELLATIONS

IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Cancellations requested after order processing are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Order processing includes payment verification, item allocation, and vendor confirmation.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
