REFUND POLICY
Diisar Return & Refund Policy
In-Store Purchases

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted for in-store purchases.

Online Purchases

At Diisar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased exclusively through our online store, we accept returns for online store credit only within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note: this policy applies only to online purchases. All in-store purchases are final sale.

Store Credit Details

Store credit is issued for the total product value only, excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promotional offers.

Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

A $35 return shipping label is available for domestic orders; this amount will be deducted from the issued store credit if used.

For international orders, all return shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

Return Process

Email us at sales@diisar.com
 within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship the item within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number.

Important Information

Returns sent without an RA number may incur a 50% processing fee and may experience delays.

Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit code.

Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or tampered with without prior notification will result in a voided return.

Sizing Disclaimer

All garments are listed in US sizing, based on the designer’s specifications. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Cancellations

In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

A 50% restocking fee applies to cancellations made after order processing.

Special Order Items

Cancellations are not accepted, as these items are made-to-order.

Processing includes payment verification, item ordering, and vendor confirmation.
