ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment verification, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
Diisar Corporation ships orders within the United States using third-party carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. Carrier selection is at Diisar Corporation’s discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Diisar Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Customs or government actions
• Events outside our reasonable control

RISK OF LOSS
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Diisar Corporation is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Diisar Corporation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations and contact the carrier directly for claims.

WEATHER & REGIONAL DISRUPTIONS
Diisar Corporation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by regional weather events common to Florida, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, or emergency carrier suspensions.

LOCAL CARRIER LIMITATIONS
Certain Florida locations may experience carrier delivery limitations due to geographic or access restrictions. Diisar Corporation is not liable for delays resulting from such limitations.
